While their wealth of experience is important, perhaps Sarit and Jordan's most distinguishing characteristic is their ability to keep their clients at ease in what can otherwise be a very stressful process. Their sense of humour certainly goes a long way, combined with their understanding of how to deal with potential roadblocks in the journey towards owning or selling a home.

Jordan and Sarit also have a very strong sense of family. Their work ethic means that they are often away from their loved ones. For this reason they make sure to enjoy some uninterrupted family time every day, while also cherishing their weekly Friday night dinners that they share with their extended family. They know that these values are also incredibly important to their clients which is why they use them as a tool to guide them during every real estate transaction they facilitate.

With my academic background, I am confident that I understand the financial importance of a home buying or selling decision process. While I am also in tune with the emotional motives of our clients, I recognize my mom's strength in this area. I pride myself in playing the role of helping to guide our clients into the right decision based on a blend of financial and lifestyle reasons. 

After studying Arts & Science and Economics at McMaster University which feels like a lifetime ago, I decided to follow in my mother's footsteps. I have since developed a keen passion for the ins and outs of the real estate world, including the construction and design aspects of the business.

I have over 14 years of experience , and a wealth of knowledge of the Hamilton real estate market. I also consistently earned my standing as one of the top producers at Judy Marsales Real Estate Ltd., having been in the top 5 in each of my final 6 years. I am excited to continue that trend at my new home, RE/MAX Escarpment Realty Inc. When meeting clients for the first time, I am often told that I look too young to be in real estate. I certainly look far too young to be a father of two along with my beautiful wife, Kim.

I am proud to share that I was previously also the Co-President and CEO of Hamilton Estates Ltd. – a luxury homebuilding company. The merging of these two roles allows me to assist our clients in all steps of any real estate transaction, both before and after a purchase or sale is made. As real estate has become such a family tradition for us, it is no surprise that Kim was the Co-Owner and lead designer of the business. I am grateful to be able to work with both my wife and my mother on a daily basis! Something that I don't often share is that my grandfather was a land developer in Toronto, so my enthusiasm for real estate is a seed that was planted long ago.

In my spare time, I am often found on the baseball diamond as a proud coach, sponsor and executive member of Dundas Little League. These various leadership roles allow me to watch the future pillars of our community grow both on and off the field!
